You’re an experienced IT professional who is enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge with junior teammates. Your ideal day consists of solving complex issues and teaching your colleagues to do the same. Your current or past customers have praised you for the level of caring you show; you take pride in quality work, seeing the job through to their complete satisfaction. You enjoy variety and seeing others succeed.

You want stability and great benefits from your job, along with opportunities to grow and earn promotions.  You want to be a big fish in a small pond - part of team where everyone pulls their weight and everyone benefits from hard work and efficiency.  You have high aspirations and don’t want to be siloed on an internal IT staff; you want to support many environments and help colleagues develop broader skills.  You don't mind working in an office (or from home), and you know how to have fun and be friendly.

If you have a family (or, just a life!), so do we; we understand the importance of flexibility whenever it’s possible.  We know that customer satisfaction and job satisfaction are linked, so we make efforts to have fun in the office, make sure all staff members are equipped with great technology, and have a comfortable work environment. We also have a “no jerks” hiring policy.  To provide consistently great service to clients, process is a big guiding principle here, so if you like to go about your work all haphazardly, Safety Net is probably not the best place to apply!
