You’re an experienced IT professional who loves defined processes, problem-solving, and mentoring others.  Your current or past customers have praised you for the level of caring you show; you take pride in quality work, seeing the job through to their complete satisfaction. You enjoy variety, which might include direct, complex end user support, systems maintenance, and helping others to learn, grow, and succeed.

You want stability and great benefits from your job, along with opportunities to grow and earn promotions.  You want to be a big fish in a small pond - part of team where everyone pulls their weight and everyone benefits from hard work and efficiency.  You have high aspirations and don’t want to be siloed on an internal IT staff; you want to support many environments and help colleagues develop broader skills.  You don't mind working in an office (or from home), and you know how to have fun and be friendly.
